Unfair competition issues discussed in the Training Center of the FAS

       In the Training Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (Kazan, Orenburg tract, 24) on September 24, 2014 the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Unfair competition. Problems of the theory and regulatory enforcement" was held.

       At the plenary session and during the "round tables", discussed legal issues of detection and suppression of unfair competition acts, its shape and the economic aspect, the evidences and proof for the unfair competition acts suppression.

       Employees of the central apparatus of the FAS of Russia and OFAS of Tatarstan addressed projected innovations in the law on the unfair competition, the role and powers of the antimonopoly authority in the violations detection and suppression.

       The issues of illegal use of intellectual property took significant place in the conference.

       The event moderator was a member of the Supervisory Board of NP "Appraisers Union of the Republic of Tatarstan", Deputy Head of Tatarstan OFAS of Russia Ruslan Biktimirov. Besides, a member of the Board, Chairman of the Committee on Education and professional development of the RT Union of Appraisers Tanzilya Udod and CEO of the Partnership Oleg Bulgakov attended the conference.

       Outside the conference framework, the Partnership representatives acquainted with the material and technical equipment and the activities of the Training Center. In an interview with the head of Training Center Lenar Shafigullin, outlined ways of cooperation in the constructive cooperation with the Tatarstan OFAS of Russia.
