The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT works to ensure proper control over rational use of agricultural land

The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT(further- Ministry)works to provide appropriate control over rational use of agricultural lands and their involvement in agricultural circulation. According to the results of this work, area of land plots entered into agriculture in Pestrechinsky and Laishevsky districts was about 350 hectares.
The Ministry of RT filed lawsuits to the Court of Arbitration of the RT on the compulsory withdrawal of agricultural land plots located in the Pestrechinsky and Chistopolsky municipal districts, beneficially owned by Sidukova N. and Khairullina A., due to disuse for its intended purpose within three years. These lawsuits consideration is scheduled for mid-October 2014.
