Tax bill on the individuals’ property

The State Duma of RF in the third reading passed a bill "On Amendments into the Articles 12 and 85 of the first part and the second part of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and the annulment of the law of the Russian Federation "On taxes on individuals’ property".
According to the law, starting from 2015, in the regions the tax (including for housing) will be allowed to withdraw on the basis of the cadastral value, as close to the market, and by 2020, this system will move into the whole country.
NP "Appraisers Union of RT", based on the existing practice of dispute settlement, plans to discuss the partnership actions in the future due to legislation changes.
