Interested parties may submit comments on the draft report on the cadastral value

        Pursuant to the Federal Law from 29.07.1998 N 135 FL "On Valuation Activities in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies:

        Draft report № 1 "On the cadastral value of land plots as part of land for industry and other special purposes (outside urban areas), located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan" on October 2, 2014 is included in the Fund of state cadastral valuation data for 20 working days (up to 29.10. 2014).

        In order to be able to review the draft report on the cadastral value and comments to it, the draft report is on the official site of the Federal Service for State Registration Cadastre and Cartography at: https://rosreestr.ru/wps/portal/p/cc_ib_cadastral_estimation/ cc_ib_ais_fdgko.

        Notes on the draft report on the cadastral value are submitted by any interested persons to the self-regulatory organization of appraisers, whose members carried out the cadastral value definition, and to the contractor within twenty working days from the date of inclusion of the draft report on the cadastral value to the fund of the state cadastral valuation data.

       Comments on the draft report on the cadastral value, together with a description of their essence, must contain:

· The name and (if available) surname - for individual, full name - for a legal entity, a contact telephone number, e-mail address of the person submitting comments on the draft report on the cadastral value;

· Specify the page numbers of the draft report on the determination of cadastral value and (if any) applications, on which comments are written;

· An indication of the cadastral number and (or) the address of the property, if in the definition of the cadastral value of the object there is a note on the definition of its cadastral value.

        Comments on the draft report on the cadastral value that do not meet the requirements, established by federal law from 29.07.1998 N 135 FL, are not considered.
