Meeting of the Board of NP "Appraisers’ Union of Republic of Tatarstan"

     Meeting of the Board of the nonprofit partnership "Appraisers’ Union of Republic of Tatarstan" 24.10.2014 was devoted to the reception to the Partnership, the activities of expert-advisory and other internal deliberative bodies, consideration of ongoing work and its directions.

          At the meeting of the Board, taking into account the received offers, the form of professional opinion of the Partnership’s Expert Advisory Board was approved. The developed document is of particular importance in connection with the coming to the RT Union of appraisers address appeals from valuation services consumers’, executive bodies at all levels, directly appraisers (over 20 written and 60 Internet requests in 2014). In accordance with the offers from the members of the Board Dmitry Zahmatov and Svetlana Koryagina, in order to determine the structural directions of work it was decided to consider issues of expert-advisory activity at the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Partnership, which includes the heads of leading Russian SRO, authorities and republican appraisal organizations.

     In matters of current activity considered possible areas of consulting support of citizens and entrepreneurs, interaction with municipalities on assessment of real property subject to co-financing, Partnership’s participation in advisory bodies, and contests of the federal and republican levels.

    In conclusion, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan awarded a Thanksgiving address to representatives of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law - a member of the RT Union of Appraisers in connection with the 20th anniversary of the establishment and successful operation in the valuation and core activities. Irina Antonova, Vice Rector of IEML, director of the Institute of Business Education, members of the Institute Nelia Muhamethanova and Alsou Bagautdinova were awarded by honorary diplomas of Appraisers’ Union of Republic of Tatarstan. Partnership’s President Andrew Lisichkin in his welcoming remarks noted the significant practical and methodological contribution of awarded into the appraisers training, and active participation in the Partnership’s activities.
