Meeting of the Board of NP "Appraisers Union of Republic of Tatarstan"

        At the final 2014 meeting of the Board of NP "Appraisers Union of Republic of Tatarstan" was discussed a number of issues related mainly to the high-demand development areas of partnership , advanced training of appraisers, the formation of efficient algorithms for real estate management, that is especially important in connection with  the tax base changing, economic calls at the present  development stage of Russia and Tatarstan.

        In particular, considered the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation offers aimed to Partnership in accordance with the appeal of the Appraisers Union of Republic of Tatarstan to the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on the quality of  training and  professional public accreditation of educational programs. Executive management of the Partnership was instructed to study the main areas of cooperation with the federal public - state institutions of an independent evaluation of the training quality system.

        The participants listened to presentations by members of the Committee on Education and Training of Partnership Tanzila Udod (Chairman of the Committee, a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the NGO SRO) and Naila Yakupova (Head of the Department of crisis management and valuation activities of Kazan Federal University), and taking into account the suggestions made, approved the presented by Committee a draft on the cooperation agreement with the Institute of Management, Economics and Finance of KFU. Contract involves the interaction in the organization of the externship for students, graduates employment, as well as the implementation of joint programs in the field of teaching methods and research activities.

        Partnership's Board approved the decision of the Committee on Education and Training on accreditation of educational programs of appraisers vocational training PE FVE "Komfest".

        By the Board decision into the Committee on Education and Training included Idiyatullina L. (ACC "Sovet"). The Board also considered the submitted documents and unanimously decided to include into the membership of Non-Profit Partnership "Appraisers Union of RT" the LLC "Exona" (Zainsk).
