The meeting of board of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan about results of work took place in 2014

Enlarged meeting of final board of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan "About work results of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 and tasks for 2015" took place on 04.02.2015. The First Deputy Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin took part at the meeting of the board. The board passed in the videoconference mode with participation of heads of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and heads of chambers and managements of the land and property. Members of the board of the ministry, heads of structural divisions took part in work of the board.

The minister Azat Hamayev made the report "About work results of the Ministry of land and property of RT in 2014 and tasks for 2015"

As Azat Hamayev noted, one of the main objectives of the ministry is ensuring profitability of the state property. The income of the consolidated budget from use of the state and municipal property, taking into account receipts in holdings, made for the reporting period more than 13,5 billion rubles, including in the budget of the republic – more than 8 rubles.

As well as in the previous years, the Ministry paid considerable attention to interaction with municipalities. The most significant event of current year was conclusion of agreements on interaction with local authorities which come into force since 1 April 2014. Agreements are directed on decrease in corruption risks, rendering the methodological help, increase of effective management of municipal property and the land plots. In the speech in the Tatar language the chairman of chamber of the property and land of the Arsky municipal district Niyaz Fattakhov also mentioned  about work on this direction.

A number of burning issues, first of all in the sphere of the land: inefficient use of lands of agricultural purpose, illegally developed pits, registration of share lands in municipal property. The report on the held events for return to municipal property of illegally registered land plots, for acquisition of apartments for orphan children, about the course of work on granting the land plots to large families was also heard.

In final performance the first deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin gave a positive assessment to activity of the Ministry of land and property of  RT in 2014, designated main tasks for 2015.

The meeting came to the end with rewarding of especially caused employees of the Ministry. Two employees received letters of thanks from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Cabinet of of the Republic of Tatarstan.
