About registration of unclaimed land shares

As of 01.02.2015 according to information of local authorities of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan is available 77 422 unclaimed land shares total: 411,3 thousand hectares. The right of municipal property for land plots of total area of 205,4 thousand hectares (50% of the total area of unclaimed land shares) was appreciated by judgments in 38 municipal areas.
According to information of local authorities of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan the property right of municipalities to the land plots with total area of 134,7 thousand hectares (65,6% registered from judgments) is registered.
