Filed an application for the transfer of land plots to category of land use for the construction in Vysokogorsky, Tukaevsky municipal districts
Today, February 6, 2015, held a meeting of the working group under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov about the question of transfer of land plots to category of land use for the construction.
The meeting considered land management file of transfer of agricultural land, privately owned by company "Transit City", with a total area of about 2 hectares, to category of land use “the land of industry and other special purposes” to accommodate refueling complex in Vysokogorsky municipal district, along the public road regional significance "Kazan-Malmyzh" at km 38 + 900 (left), within the boundaries of rural settlement Chepchugovskoe.
The meeting also considered land management file of mr. Smorzhevsky about transfer agricultural land plot, area of about 4 hectares, privately owned by mr. Smorzhevsky, to category of land use “the land of industry and other special purposes” to accommodate production base in Tukaevsky municipal district in the territory of the production cooperative "Kama" within the boundaries of the rural settlement Novotroitsk.
Following the meeting, there were some comments to land management files because of the mismatch of the documents attached to the request of the applicant to the existing requirements.
