Decision on withdrawal of land is adopted

Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted a resolution on withdrawal of the land area of 19.5 hectares, located in Laishevsky municipal district for the construction and reconstruction of the road "Sorochyi Gory - Shali."
Currently measures to determine the redemption price, the land owner notification and registration of encumbrances on the land are being taken by Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. In case of disagreement with the land market value, the owner - Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan will be sued in court for compulsory seizure of land.
