Free privatization of housing was extended for a year. The appropriate federal law was signed by the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin

The federal law provides prolongation of the term of free privatization of premises of the state and municipal housing stock till 1st of March,2016.

Free privatization of housing began in 1992, since then terms of this program were twice prolonged: at first till 1st of March, 2010, and then till 1st of March,2013 and till 1st of March,2015.

In connection with this law, documents acceptance on privatization of rooms in the former production hostels which aren't transferred to the municipal possession of Kazan, located at the addresses:

is proceed in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of  Tatarstan.

For delivery of documents on privatization it is necessary to register previously on ph. 221-40-56 (daily from 9.00 till 18.00, except Saturday and Sunday).

Documents acceptance is performed to the address: Vishnevsky St., 26

(1 floor) according to the following schedule:

Tuesday: 15.00 – 17.00 (documents acceptance), Wednesday: 9.30 – 11.30 (documents acceptance), Thursday. 9.30 – 11.30 (documents acceptance),

Friday: 14.00 – 16.00 (issue of ready agreements).
