Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the conditions of remuneration of heads of state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan"

       Pursuant to the List of instructions following a direct line with President Vladimir Putin on 17th of April,2014  Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 12th of March, 2015 № 148 "About the conditions of remuneration of heads of state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan" was accepted in order to  streamline remuneration of  heads of state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan and the adoption of a unit method of remuneration and bonuses calculation of heads of state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan.

This Resolution has considered Decree of Government of Russian Federation  of 2nd of January,2015 № 2 "About the conditions of remuneration  of the  federal state unitary enterprises  heads"  

 The Resolution stated that remuneration of enterprises manager is determined based on the average wage of the main staff of the enterprise.

       The ultimate high ratio of average wages heads, their deputies and chief accountants of enterprises and average salary of list of workers (excluding the head, deputy head and chief accountant) is established by the founder in the multiplicity from 1 to 8.
