The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan became the administrator of 13 more codes of the budgetary classification

      The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conducts daily work on specification  of obscure revenues with registration of the appropriate documents in an electronic form. According to the data of  staff of department of economy, privatization and strategic planning the number of the obscure revenues entered in budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation for the codes of the budgetary classification assigned to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to decrease (in 2,5 months  in 2013 of 4020 payment orders, in 2,5 months 2014 of 174 payment orders, for the similar period of 2015 of 117 payment orders arrived). Besides, the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan became the administrator of 13 more codes of the budgetary classification. Thus, today the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan administers 36 codes of the budgetary classification.

      Considering the changes in the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planning period of 2016-2017" regarding standards of distribution of the income between budgets of the budgetary system of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planning period 2016-2017  of 20th of February,2015, according to the order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 113-pr  of 18th of March,2015 codes were approved by the following sources of the income: from a rent for the land plots which are located: in borders of the city districts which are in federal property; in borders of intervillage territories of municipal districts; in borders of rural settlements; in borders of city settlements; and also from sale of the land plots which are located in borders: city districts; intervillage  territories of municipal districts; rural settlements; city settlements; from sale of real estate along with  land plots occupied with such objects of real estate which are located in borders of city districts; in borders the intervillage territories of municipal areas; in borders of rural settlements and in borders of city settlements.

       Also by the order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 120-pr of 20th of March,2015   a code on monetary exactions (penalties) exacted from the faces guilty of commission of crimes, and on compensation of damage to property is approved.
