Questions of efficiency of public administration and public control functions discussed at the meeting of the Public Council by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. In accordance with previously submitted proposals of the Board of Farida Galeeva, Farid Safin and Alexey Mamakov was heard and taken into consideration information given by representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan - Deputy Minister Farid Musin, heads of the Ministry departments Ksenia Borzunova and Valeriy Shrubenkov on the implementation of functions of corporate governance in organizations with the state's share in the authorized (share) capital by the Ministry.

In a lively debate format was discussed the report of the director Oleg Vlasov about the activities of "Agriculture Park" Kazan ". Members of the Public Council by a majority vote adopted recommendations to normalize the situation that has developed around the joint stock company, addressed to all parties to the conflict. Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan is recommended to check compliance with the executive body limitations and requirements established by the Charter and the current legislation, to analyze the validity of costs of "Agriculture Park" Kazan ", including the recommendation to control the executive body of the transfer of property to rent a competitive basis. Also decided to implement the results of the Board's leadership Agropark decisions taken in the third quarter of this year.

Head of Legal Support of Land and Property Relations department of the Ministry Evgeniya Voronina, in accordance with the subject of the treatment member of the Public Council Farida Galeeva on public control in relation to the companies with a share of the state, gave a detailed and reasoned explanation of the functions and powers of the authorities for the implementation of corporate governance mechanisms, legislated requirements of information transparency of financial and economic activities of the public (joint stock companies) and enforceability of the innovations of the Federal Law "On Public Control" in this area.

Summarizing the discussion, the Chairman of the Public Council Rashid Abashev focused on high social responsibility of the members of the Public Council for its performance, the need to comply with the requirements of the Regulations of the Public Council and the Public Chamber of the decision-making and bring them to the public. The proposals were unanimously approved by the meeting.
