Assistance to a question of safety of gas pipelines

       Yesterday, on April 23, in the Ministry of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan held the discussion about ensuring safe operation of gas pipelines - one of the questions which are on control of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       The meeting is held with participation of representatives of JSC “Gazprom transgaz Kazan” and branch of Federal State Budgetary Institution “Federal Cadastral Chamber of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

      At the meeting was discussed the question on making decisions on borders of zones of minimum admissible distances from an axis of gas pipelines (main and gas-distributing) in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for entering of the relevant information into the State Real Estate Cadastre for safety of life of citizens.

The question is brought up in view of identification of cases of illegal implementation of land works and construction of facilities (including inhabited and country houses) by JSC “Gazprom transgaz Kazan” in districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in the territories relating to zones of minimum admissible distances from an axis of gas pipelines on which according to the operating order production of such works is forbidden. Observance of the operating order of protection and exploitation of pipelines provides absence of damage at possible accidents of objects of gas pipelines.
