The seminar about new requirements of the land legislation for heads and specialists of chambers of the property and land of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan is held

       On May 6, 2015 in a conference room of  "Grand hotel Kazan" took place the training seminar for the heads and specialists of chambers (managements, committee) of the property and land of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on a subject: "Land and property  in 2015: new requirements of the land law".

       The seminar was opened by the deputy minister of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev. In an opening speech he emphasized that more than two months  chambers and  the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan  work in conditions when considerable changes in the land legislation fully came into force. On the one hand some experience is already gained and on the  other hand   more and more questions on practical application of new requirements of the law appear. Therefore there was an imperative need of carrying out training and for holding a seminar the qualified lecturer – E.A.  Kodina - the director of non-profit partnership  "Center of Innovations of municipalities" was invited.

       About 150 listeners took place  in a seminar – representatives of chambers and organizations subordinated to ministry, experts of the Ministry of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The wide range of questions, connected with the concept of the changes made to the legislation was considered, the most essential moments of the new land legislation are considered. The lecturer answered  questions of listeners.

       In the end of the seminar under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Rustem Shameev the round table discussions during which experts of the Ministry of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan  and representatives of chambers discussed actual problems of implementation of the new legislation in the Republic of Tatarstan took place.
