Last year more than 65 thousand hectares of not used lands of agricultural appointment are revealed

       In 2014 Management of Federal Registration Service on the Republic of Tatarstan revealed more than 65 thousand hectares of not used lands of agricultural appointment, as a result of pre-judicial settlement this area is reduced to 33 thousand hectares.

     According to changes in the land legislation in 2015, the state land supervision regarding use of the land plots from lands of agricultural purpose which turn is regulated by the Federal law of 24.07.2002 No. 101-FZ "About a turn of lands of agricultural purpose", for maintaining agricultural production or implementation of other activity connected with agricultural production is assigned to Management of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.

       In the current year the Ministry together with Management of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Republic of Tatarstan carries  out control of target use of lands of agricultural purpose. In case of identification of violations of the current legislation the Ministry will use the right of withdrawal at unfair owners of lands of agricultural appointment.
