The deputy minister of the land and property Farit Musin took part in work of the program of professional development of the public and municipal servants of the Republic of Tatarstan "Effective management of the state and municipal property" which passed from May 12 till May 21, 2015 in the building of KSU at the address: Kazan, Kremlyovskaya St., 35.
The program of occupations allowed the public civil and municipal servants to gain knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan in the sphere of the property and land; to determine features of the state and municipal property as objects of management, to consider structure of objects of the state and municipal property, and also ways of management of these objects; to actualize knowledge and abilities of application of effective management of property as factor of competitiveness of the territory; to gain a profound impression about strategic objectives and priorities of social and economic policy of the Republic of Tatarstan; to update knowledge in the sphere of increase of economic efficiency of management of the state and municipal property, contents and methods of realization of anti-corruption policy in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The chief of legal department Ruslan Hakimov gave a presentation on a subject: "Legal bases of a state policy in the sphere of the land and property. Alienation of the state and municipal property: the legal aspect and practice of realization";Larisa Sadovnikova – the head of department of change of category of lands and inclusion of the land plots in borders of settlements gave a presentation on a subject: "Changes of category of lands and inclusion of the land plots in borders of settlements";the head of department of use of the state property Inna Almukova made report on a subject "Management of projects of public-private partnership: concession agreements". The executive director of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" Oleg Bulgakov reported concerning appraising activity.
