Deputy Minister Farit Musin took part in the extended bureau of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan

May 27, 2015 held a meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in a videoconference mode with all municipal districts of the republic. It was attended by Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, Deputy Prime Minister - Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov, Deputy head of the Office of the President - the head of department on work with the territories of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilnur Garipov, chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on State Building and local government Albert Habibullin, heads of ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, deputy heads of municipal formations of the republic.

The main issue on the agenda was the issue of crime prevention in the provision of extracts from the household books for the purpose of registration of land plots.

From the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting was attended by Deputy Minister Farit Musin, who gave a presentation on the status of work on the harmonization of extracts from rural settlements household books in Chambers (Office) of Property and Land of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan and proposals to simplify and speed current treatments. The report analyzed the use of electronic household books, old paper household books, and it was proposed several options for implementing the agreements between rural settlements and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the above subject. It was noted that the solution of this problem is necessary to find the right balance between providing timely services to provide statements to citizens and measures to ensure the legality of the process.

Following the meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan to local authorities gave a number of instructions, one of which is to complete the work on the conclusion of agreements on the harmonization of extracts of a citizen right to land from the household books as soon as possible.
