The claim of forced seizure and sale at public auction of land plots with a total area of 300 hectares is considering.

The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan due to disuse for intended purpose of land plots owned by the company "Golden Spike - Pestretsy"with a total area of 300 hectares of land category of agricultural land, , located in the Pestrechinsky municipal district Panovskoe rural settlement is considered a claim of forced seizure and sale at public auction of land plots.

Based on the verification materials, plots are overgrown with weeds and trees of natural origin.

This year, the Ministry together with the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor of Republic of Tatarstan also actively pursuing control over the use of agricultural land. In case of violations of the current legislation, Ministry can exercise the right of withdrawal unscrupulous owners of agricultural land.
