Resolution No 372 "About the accounting of hired houses of social use and the land plots provided or intended for their construction" approved an order of maintaining the register of hired houses of a social use in the Republic of Tatarstan

      Procedure of the accounting of the hired houses of social use and the land plots provided or intended for their construction in municipal registers of such houses in the Republic of Tatarstan is established by the specified order.

      Maintaining the register is carried out by the local government determined by executive committee of municipality.

      The register includes data on the hired houses of social use and the land plots provided or intended for their construction. Maintaining the register is carried out in electronic form on a reduced form.

      The address (location), cadastral number and data on the owner (full name, PSRN) with the indication of its real right have to be published on the official site of municipality.

     Entering of  data on objects of the account is made on the basis of maps of the accounting of the hired houses and the land plots provided by executive authorities, local governments, legal persons which have  in property, possession,managment these hired  houses, in authorized body of local government. Maps of the account are registered in day of their receipt.

      Data on objects of the account are entered in the register within 15 days from the date of receipt of maps of the account. During this term the authorized body organizes check of completeness of data, requests  specifying or lacking information from the persons which submitted maps of the account. In case of the address of such request data are entered in the register in 15-day time from the date of their receipt.

      The order of providing information containing in the register is regulated.
