About the Order of placement of objects on the state or municipal land plots

        On 5th of June,2015 the resolution No. 416 of Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan approved  the Order of conditions of placement of objects which types are established by the Government of the Russian Federation, on the lands or the land plots which are in the state or municipal property without granting the land plots and establishment of easements.

       This order regulated procedures and conditions of placement in these objects on the lands or the land plots which are in the state or municipal property without granting the land plots and establishment of easements.

 

       Placement of objects is carried out concerning the land plots which aren't provided on any right to citizens or legal persons provided that placement of objects doesn't lead to impossibility of use of plots according to a type of their allowed use.

       Placement of objects is carried out on the basis of permission of the executive authority of the republic which is carrying out powers of the owner, or the local government authorized on granting the land plots.

       Objects are placed for a payment with some exception.

       Improvement elements ; the geodetic, boundary, warning and other signs; protective constructions for which it isn't required construction licenses; drives, including along-route, and access roads; fire reservoirs and places of concentration of fire extinguishing means; ponds evaporators; power lines tension class to 35 kV belong to such exceptions.

       The payment size procedure of payments is given.

       Cadastral number of the land plot is specified in permission to placement of objects in case use of all plot, or an estimated location of objects is planned in case use of its part.

       The application for delivery of permission is submitted to authorized body. Permission is accepted within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the statement.

       Cases for refusal are fixed in permission.
