       The application and the documents submitted for state registration shall be signed by reinforced qualified electronic signature. To get such a signature should apply to any certification authority, the list of which can also be found on the website (www.rosreestr.ru).

       In addition, for the convenience of applicants, who may not know what documents you need to pass the state registration, the portal set up reference service "life situation." It allows, by filling out a short form, to get a list of documents that would be required to state registration in a particular case.

       So, in order to apply for state registration of rights in electronic form, to the main portal page (https://rosreestr.ru/) must go to the section "Individuals", "Legal Entities" and "experts". Then select "Register property rights," the service "Apply for state registration of rights."
