The investment project is placing tourism and recreation cluster "Nariman" on the lands of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district

       Today, June 26, 2015, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations Sergei Demidov held a meeting with stakeholders on the issue of clarifying the category of land with a total area of ​​about 60 hectares, offered by local governments for the Verkhneuslonsky Municipal District for the accommodation of tourist-recreational cluster "Nariman" (hereinafter - TRC "Nariman") within the framework of the development of domestic tourism in the Volga-Kama basin of the Republic of Tatarstan "Five Winds", in order to determine the further order of the transfer of land from one category to another accordance with the law.

       The meeting was attended by representatives of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Tourism, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the executive committee of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district.

       The meeting determined that most of the land belongs to the federal ownership of land (Forest Fund), approximately 3 hectares - state land. For a more precise definition of the category of forests and the possibility of accommodation in the territory TRC "Nariman" required study of the project specialists.
