The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan participates in consideration of draft documents of territorial planning of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan

       The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan according to powers takes part in coordination of draft documents of territorial planning.

       According to item 4 of Art. 9 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation it  isn't allowed acceptance by public authorities, local governments of decisions on reservation of lands, seizure of land for the state or municipal needs,  transfer of lands from one category to another, granting the land plots which are in the state or municipal property for placement of objects of federal value, objects of regional value, objects of local value if placement of such objects isn't provided by documents of territorial planning of the Russian Federation, documents of territorial planning of the subject of the Russian Federation, documents of territorial planning of municipalities.

Following the results of 6 months,2015 92 drafts of master plans of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan according to an established order. 85 draft documents of territorial planning were agreed, including 5 master plans of settlements - after completion of materials by designers taking into account comments of the Ministry of  land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to 7 drafts of master plans of settlements remarks are sent to the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of modification of the relevant documents.

In total according to the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan for July 1, 2015 master plans of 794 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan are approved.
