Auction for sale of land in Tetushsky municipal district declared invalid

Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" - the organizer of trading) reports that. auction for the sale of land with cadastral number 16: 38: 030601: 570 30 hectares total area, located at Tetyushsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, Monastyrskoe rural settlement, land use category: agricultural lands, permitted use: agricultural production, seized by force, assigned to 03.07.2015 declared invalid due to lack of applications.

According to Art. 10 of the Federal Law of 24.07.2002 № 101-FZ "On Agricultural Land Transactions' if the public auction for the sale of land declared invalid, so the land can be acquired by the state or municipal property at the initial price of the auction within two months from the date of the auction is not held.

Currently it is considered for redemption of land in state or municipal ownership.
