Recall the information that from 01.03.2015 lands owned by the state or municipal ownership may be purchased as a result of their redistribution to land, privately owned. Simply put, you can officially add the land no one used to your dacha, or houses adjoining the site. So ruled the Land Code. However, in practice the redistribution raises many questions.
