The law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 1st of July, 2015 No. 45-ZRT "About modification of the Land code of the Republic of Tatarstan and declaration of the become invalid the article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the Land code of the Republic of Tatarstan"

The order of granting the land plots which are in the state or municipal property, to non-profit organizations (NPO) for development of the territory for construction and operation of hired houses of social use is fixed in the Land code of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Such lands are provided in rent for a period of up to five years without tendering.

       Lands are provided in case if the NPO is the participant of the state or municipal program on development of such territories and if auctions on right to contract about development of the territory concerning the concrete land plot not less than two time in a row are declared cancelled.

       The acquisition order in property of the plots which are in the state or municipal property and provided to the agricultural organizations and the country farms (CF) for implementation of their activity on the right of continuous (termless) use or right of lifetime inheritable possession is established.

  Such plots are got in property at the price equal to 10% of cadastral cost of agricultural grounds if on them there are no buildings or constructions.

       The agricultural organizations and CF to which these plots were provided, and also tenants of the land plots provided from lands of the agricultural purpose or lands of the settlement intended for maintaining agricultural production in case the right of rent resulted from renewal of the right of continuous (termless) use or right of lifetime inheritable possession can be a buyers.

       Besides, owners of the land plots, land possessors, land users and tenants are obliged to hold events for protection of agricultural grounds against overgrowing by trees and bushes, weed plants, and also protection of plants and production of a phytogenesis against harmful organisms.

       The law comes into force in 10 days after day of its official publication.
