About not used agricultural lands

       In 2014 Management of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed more than 65 thousand hectares of not used   agricultural lands. As a result of pre-judicial settlement this area is reduced to 33 thousand hectares.

       According to changes in the land legislation in 2015, the state land supervision regarding use of the land plots from lands of agricultural purpose which turn is regulated by the Federal law of 24th of July,2002 No. 101-FZ "About a turn of lands of agricultural purpose", for maintaining agricultural production or implementation of other activity connected with agricultural production is assigned to Management of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.

       In the current year the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Management of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Republic of Tatarstan carries   out control of target use of lands of agricultural purpose actively. Results of the carried-out work will be published after completion of all actions.

       Within judicial work in the Pestrechinsky and Tetyushsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan the land plots with a total area of 55 hectares are withdrawn. These plots were offered for auction, however in view of absence of demands are declared  cancelled. Now the question of acquisition of these plots in municipal and state property is considered.

       Now in different judicial instances it is considered statements of claim of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan about compulsory withdrawal of the land plot of 1 236 hectares located in the Mamadyshsky district, which is in property at JSC "Zaman" and the land plots with a total area of 300 hectares located in the territory of the Panovsky rural settlement of the Pestrechinsky area from the lands of category of agricultural purpose which are in property of JSC SHP "Zolotoy Kolos-Pestretsy" .
