In the first half-year the income of the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from state property made 3,31 billion rubles

The annual plan is implemented for 65 percent.

       Following the results of the first half-year of 2015 of receipt in the budget of  the Republic of Tatarstan from management and use of the state property made more than 418 million rubles that exceeds 72,3 percent from an annual task.

  Such figures were sounded today at a meeting of board of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan which took place in the videoconference mode with participation of representatives of all municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the minister of land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev, the Board summed up the work results of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan  and chambers (managements) of property and land of municipalities of the republic in the first half of 2015.

       As the deputy minister Farit Musin reported, in the first half of the year to the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from management and use of the state and municipal property came more than 3,31 billion rubles of the income that makes 65 percent of an annual task.

       In the general structure of the income from management of state property the greatest share of the income from sale of property – 44 percent. A share of the income from sale of land – 17 percent, from transfer of property in trust management – 12 percent, from transfers of net profit of the state unitary enterprises – 11 percent, rent of property – 8 percent, dividends according to state-owned shares – 1 percent, shares of the other income are insignificant.

       As the deputy head of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev reported, the general receipts in municipal budgets in the first half of the year made more than 2,61 billion rubles (64 percent from an annual task). Positive dynamics of receipts is observed, is received nearly 500 million rubles more, than for the first half-year of last year. However, according to Shameev’s speech, the general dynamics in respects is defined by receipts in Kazan where the income from management of municipal property increased by 431 million rubles in comparison with last year.

       At the same time, according to the deputy minister, in a number of municipalities lag from implementation of the plan for the income and growth of debt on rent payments is observed. In particular, execution of the budgetary task in the first half-year in the Drozhzhanovsky district made 18,5 percent, Mendeleevsky – 36 percent, Atninsky – 36,7 percent, Alekseevsky – 37,7 percent, Tetyushsky – 37,9 percent.
