Work on providing land plots to large families is continued in the Republic of Tatarstan

Today at the meeting of Board of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan the first deputy minister Sergey Demidov reported about results of work on granting the land plots to large families .

In the Republic of Tatarstan:

- large families – 36 248,

- it is included in lists – 31 403,

- it is provided plots – 23 530 plots (74,93%).

 Sergey Demidov emphasized,that they are compelled to state decrease in percent of  provision of large families with the land plots. If for the beginning of year  78,54% of large families were provided with the land plots, now these indicators make only 74,93%. According to information of districts, the main reason of decrease – a lack of additional plots.

As of 1st of August,2015 in Aktanyshsky, Alekseevsky, Almetyevsky, Arsky, Atninsky, Buinsky, Verhneuslonsky, Zelenodolsky, Kukmorsky, Laishevsky, Menzelinsky, Muslyumovsky, Nizhnekamsky, Sabinsky, Chistopolsky districts the percent of granting plots is lower than 94%.

In the performance the first deputy minister paid attention to low quantity of the land plots provided to large families. As the statistics shows, in 2015 – all 676 plots are provided while are included in lists  and aren't provided with the land plots – 1 580 families (without Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny) and 3625 plots put on the cadastral account and ready to granting are available. Work on granting the land plots in the following municipal districts is almost suspended: Almetyevsky (since the beginning of year it isn't provided any plot), Zelenodolsky (since the beginning of year only 5 plots are provided), Nizhnekamsky (13).

In end of the report, Sergey Demidov once again reminded colleagues of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan about need to accelerate actions for formation of the additional land plots, their statement on the cadastral account and to granting to large families.
