The training seminar for heads and specialists of chambers of property and land is held

       Yesterday, on 8th of September,2015 in "Grand hotel Kazan" the training seminar for heads and specialists of chambers (managements, committee) of  property and land  of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on a subject: "Land and property in 2015: new requirements of land and civil law" is held. 112 people took part in seminar.  The deputy minister of the land and property relations Rustem Shameev opened the seminar.

       The program of the seminar was very saturated – five lecturers acted. Associate professors of the Kazan (Volga) federal university F.I.Khamidullina and E.F. Nigmatullina took up the questions connected with changes in the land legislation, including questions of granting the land plots which are in the state and municipal property, an order of the transfer of  land plots from one category in another, seizure of land plots. The associate professor of the Kazan (Volga) federal university R.R.Ganeev opened a subject about changes in the legislation on town-planning activity, and also problems of unauthorized construction. In lection of  the head of legal department of Management of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of  the Republic of Tatarstan G.R. Uvayeva questions the organization of land supervision (control) on lands of agricultural purpose and an order of withdrawal of not used lands of agricultural appointment were considered. Also information on entering of necessary changes into lease contracts of property was made by the head of legal department of the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on tariffs E.D.Sadykova.

       The seminar took place with active participation of listeners who asked lecturers numerous questions.
