Practical questions of estimated activity: dialogue of the state and business community

   During performance he explained the features of application of the federal laws and regulations used in estimated activity, planned legislation innovations and those which entered into force, questions of carrying out an estimation at management of the state and municipal property, was carried out the review of arbitration practice and disputable situations. It was visually shown that the questions of estimation are raised not only bodies for management of property, but also the majority of public authorities of federal, republican and municipal level.

The speaker especially  stopped for role of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan in development of constructive interaction of estimated community and government institutions in questions of professional development and responsibility of appraisers, quality and reliability of an assessment, suppression of unfair competition and corruptogenic factors in joint fields of activity. The special attention and interest of the audience which was presenting the  Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the City hall of Kazan, financial and property and land services of municipalities was caused by the review of practice of Expert advisory board of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan.  

The executive director of the Union of Appraisers told about work results in this direction, in particular, according to social programs of assistance to business, country farms, citizens, and also for providing a conscientious assessment in the sphere of management of state property that allowed to receive more than 70 million rubles the additional income in budgets of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipality last year  and also to protect the rights of businessmen. "The board consists of the most qualified experts of estimated community, representatives of profile authorities, including, Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, TA of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan. Therefore the professional opinion on disputable situations in the sphere of an estimation is the most competent and authoritative", - Oleg Bulgakov emphasized. Also, during dialogue with audience, he stopped on additional requirements, opportunities and  directions of development of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan as the effective merger of the conscientious estimated organizations forming constructive dialogue of civil society and power.
