Open auction on right to sign the contract of trust management of the state property – a gas pipeline branch and GRS "Blue Flame" is carried out

       The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out the open auction on right to sign the contract of trust management of the state property – the gas pipeline branch and GRS "Blue Flame" which is located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Chistopolsky district, Buldyrsky rural settlement (further – Object). A closing date of the contract of trust management – 5 years. The purpose of transfer of the object to trust management - uninterrupted supply of gas from the main gas pipeline to GRS for performance of certain operations in the subsequent distribution of gas on consumers.

        Demands are considered, the only participant of auction on a lot No. 1 is recognized as JSC «Regionalnye gazoraspredelitelnye seti».

According to item 133 of the Order of Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation of 10th of February,2010 No. 67 "About an order of carrying out competitions and auctions on the right of the conclusion of lease contracts..." auction on a lot No. 1 is recognized cancelled because of existence of one demand.

       The contract of trust management of the state property at the initial price will be signed with JSC "Regionalnye gazoraspredelitelnye seti".
