Interested persons can submit remarks to the draft of the report on determination of cadastral cost

       In pursuance of the Federal law of 29th of July,1998 No. 135 Federal Laws "About Estimated Activity in the Russian Federation" (further – federal law) the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies:

       The draft of the report of 5th of October,2015 No. 1-2015 "About determination of cadastral cost of the land plots as a part of lands of the settlements located in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (except for lands of the settlement of Kazan)" is included in fund of data of the state cadastral assessment on 9th of October,2015 for 20 working days (till 5th of November,2015).

       For a possibility of familiarization with the draft of the report on determination of cadastral cost and submission of remarks to it, the draft of the report is published on the official site of Federal service of the state registration of the cadastre and cartography at the address: https://rosreestr.ru/in the section "Activity" → "A cadastral assessment" → "Fund of data of the state cadastral assessment" → "The arrived drafts of reports on determination of cadastral cost"

       According to article 24.15 of the federal law remarks  to the draft of the report on determination of cadastral cost are including in the Fund of data by any interested persons within twenty working days from the date of inclusion of the draft of the report on determination of cadastral cost in fund of data of the state cadastral assessment.

       Remarks to the draft of the report on determination of cadastral cost along with a statement of their essence have to contain:

· a surname, a name and (in the presence) a middle name – for the natural person, full name – for the legal entity, number of contact phone, the e-mail address of the person which submitted remarks to the draft of the report on determination of cadastral cost;

· the instruction on numbers of pages of the draft of the report on determination of cadastral cost and (in the presence) the appendix to which there are remarks;

· the indication of cadastral number and (or) the address of a real estate object in case concerning determination of cadastral cost of such object is available the remark concerning determination of its cadastral cost.

       The remarks to the draft of the report on determination of cadastral cost which aren't conforming to the requirements established by the federal law of 29th of July,1998  N 135 Federal Laws aren't considered.

       It is expedient to address remarks to the draft of the report on determination of cadastral cost to the e-mail address of department of information maintenance in the sphere of the state cadastral assessment of Management of an assessment of real estate objects of Federal service of the state registration of the cadastre and cartography of oisgko@rosreestr .ru.
