Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan is assisting in the placement of the funeral complex in Kazan

Pursuant to the List of orders of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov of 30.10.2013 № 235-PR on the organization of the funeral complex in the territory of Kazan on the territory of Pestrechinsky municipal district, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter - MZIO RT) has prepared a draft resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of agricultural land plot with cadastral number 16: 33: 080709: 36 with total area of 77.7 hectares to the category of industrial land and other special purpose in the aim the object of ritual activity accommodation.

Preparation of draft resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of the land plot with cadastral number 16: 33: 080709: 37 with total area of more than 8.4 hectares of agricultural category of use to the category of industrial land and other special purpose for placing the car park to the funerary complex will be available to MZIO RT after the presentation of corresponding application and a set of required documents.
