Municipal land control in relation to individuals and legal entities is regulated

On October 25, 2015 the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from October 13th, 2015 №83-ZRT "On the order of the municipal land control in the Republic of Tatarstan". Entered into a force.

       The law stipulates the implementation of municipal land control in relation to state authorities, local authorities, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with the Federal Law of December 26, 2008 № 294-FZ "On the Protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the exercise of state control (supervision ) and municipal control "with the specifications, established by the Land Code of the Russian Federation.

       Regulated the procedure for implementation of municipal land control in relation to citizens.

       Land control over citizens held as scheduled and unscheduled inspections. Routine inspection is conducted no more frequently than once every three years.

       The audits are conducted in paper and (or) exit forms, duration of each of which may not exceed 20 working days. Documentary check is carried out on the location of the body of municipal land control. Exit - at the place of actual location of the inspected land.

       Defined grounds and organization of inspections, the procedure for notifying citizens about the conduct of inspections; rules of making the results of inspections.

       The citizen has the right to directly present during the inspection, to give explanations on matters relating to the inspection; receive information relating to the inspection; get acquainted with the results of checks and to make the act of checking information on the agreement or disagreement with the results. The citizen has the right to appeal against actions (inaction) of officials of a municipal land control, which led to the violation of the rights of citizens during the audit, administrative and (or) court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
