A meeting of the Interagency Commission on work with state representatives in the management and control bodies of business entities

Today in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission to work with state representatives in the management and control bodies of business entities.

       The meeting was attended by members of the Interagency Commission, representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries, the Association of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       As part of the Commission summed up the activities of state representatives in 2015, and set objectives for 2016.

       The meeting reviewed and approved the candidacy of 182 state representatives and independent directors of 87 joint-stock companies for their appointment and promotion in their management and supervisory bodies at annual general meetings of shareholders in 2016.
