The governance of the Republic of Tatarstan signed an agreement on the minimum salary.
The Ministry of the Republic of Tatarstan announced that on the basis of p.133.1 of Labour Code of the Russian Federation, on 2-nd of October, 2015 was signed the agreement on the minimum salary in the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter - Agreement ) between the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Coordinating Council of Employers of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Agreement provides that minimum salary of not less than 7309 rubles a month in non-budget sector of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan established from the date of signature of this Agreement.
In this connection, the monthly salary (including the payment of the compensation or incentive) an employee of extra-budgetary sector of the economy, working in the Republic of Tatarstan which is in labor relations with the organization - legal entity, individual entrepreneur without a legal entity carrying out activities on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, from October 2 year can not be less than 7309 rubles.
The minimum salary for employees of state and municipal institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan is on the same level established by the Federal Law "On the Minimum Wage" - 5965 rubles per month.
