Representative of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the 5-th All-Russian Conference "Dialectics of anti-corruption"
November 20, 2015 in Kazan, in the Institute of Economics, Management and Law held the 5-th All-Russian conference "The Dialectics of anti-corruption." The event was organized by the Management of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on issues of anti-corruption policy, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Research Institute of anti-corruption Institute of Economics, Management and Law (Kazan).
The conference was attended by Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, Deputy Head of the President of the Russian Federation on anti-corruption, Doctor of Law, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation Valentin Mikhailov, Assistant Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District Alexander Davydov, Director of the Department of state policy in the sphere of state and municipal service, anti-corruption of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Dmitry Basnak Acting chairman of the Synodal Department of the Moscow Patriarchate on relations with the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies Archpriest Sergei Privalov, as well as employees of the leading educational and scientific centers of Russia, the USA, China, India, representatives of ministries and departments of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan, the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of public associations. From the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan leading consultant Consolidated Analysis Department Andrey Sahovsky participated in the conference.
"This event allows a more widely involve civil society in the common cause of the fight against corruption. In the near future Kazan may become Scientific, methodical center, which will form the measures to fight the corruption manifestations and recommendations to more effectively confront this serious and adverse events ", - said Valentin Mikhailov. He added that if in recent years, the emphasis was mainly placed on the work at the federal level, it is now the center of the work is planned to move to the regions. It promotes the adoption of Russian President Vladimir Putin decree of July 15, 2015 N 364 "On measures to improve organization of activity in the field of anti-corruption" and a number of other measures
At the conference it was noted that the Republic of Tatarstan was one of the first subjects of the Russian Federation, who put the work on fight the corruption and the planned legislative framework. Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov stressed that over the past 7 years the number of manifestations of corruption component in the country has fallen twice: in 2009 in the corruption situation got about one in five residents of Tatarstan, and in this - only one in ten.
The conference discussed the international, national and regional experience in counteraction to corruption; organizational and legal issues; gaps and shortcomings of legal regulation of counteraction to corruption; the main directions of anti-corruption policy; strategic, tactical and current planning; anti-corruption and anti-corruption audit monitoring; anti-corruption education and outreach; measures to increase the effectiveness of anti-corruption bodies in the Russian Federation today. The sides touched upon the moral side of corruption, moral framework for counteraction to corruption.
