The meeting of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan on cooperation in the Arsky municipal district

The meeting on the cooperation of non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers Republic of the Republic of Tatarstan" with the executive bodies of municipalities took place on 09.12.2015 in Arsky municipal district. The meeting chaired by the Deputy Head of the Executive Committee Oleg Spichkin. He spoke about the promising investment projects implemented in the region in accordance with the “Strategy 2030”, the problems and challenges in the decision which it is possible to use expert and consulting capacities of the Union of Appraisers of RT, its experience in the development of public-private partnership. In particular, such cooperation effectively in matters of real estate, training and job creation, interaction with federal and republican organizations, establish a system of operational consulting.

    President of the partnership Andrey Lisichkin in his speech highlighted the functions and practice of the structural units of the Partnership:

- Expert Advisory Board;

- Committee on tariff policy;

- The Committee on Education and Training.

He stressed that the main task of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan is the formation of mechanisms for effective public-private partnership to develop a balanced policy in the area of appraisal activity, taking into account the interests of all participants in this activity.

Executive Director of the Partnership Oleg Bulgakov noted that the Union of Appraisers of RT provides the interests of the appraisal community - members of the Union and a crucial task as increased replenishment of the local budget, the yield of the property due to the quality and objectivity of the appraisal.

In an exchange of views on the issues raised attended by representatives of the Partnership Azat Zakirov (AK "Vostok"), Yuri Chebotarev, director and employees of the Chamber of land and property of the district, heads of appraisal organizations.

Deputy head of the district, on the basis of consideration of the application of the Partnership at the meeting, proposed to develop a formalized algorithms of interaction, defining the district as it is a pilot area in matters of consulting and expertise, joint implementation of socially-oriented projects.

The proposal found unanimous support of the meeting participants and was reflected in terms of further joint action of the Union of Appraisers and control bodies of the Arsky municipal district.
