The results of fixed assets debiting owned by the Republic of Tatarstan

Writing-off of fixed assets of state enterprises and institutions, both morally and physically obsolete is the one of the main tasks of the Ministry.

       In 2015, the number of requests for write-offs increased by more than 40%. requests from 680 organizations are considered, write off to 631 organization are allowed, 7229 objects are written off, which exceeds the previous year by 2.2 times

       The growth of the total number of decommissioned facilities is explained by the following reasons:

- the termination of operation of the facilities which were is state property previously transferred for free use of business incubators and technology parks;

- the termination of operation of the facilities which were is state property transferred to the gratuitous use of territorial divisions of federal institutions;

- the termination of operation of the facilities of world-class sporting events: Universiade 2013, 2015 World Aquatics Championships year.

       Among the discarded objects - 127 units of buildings and facilities, obsolete and outdated, unsuitable for further use. 21 building of medical stations in the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan are written off in connection with the construction of new modular medical stations.

       According to the results of the Commission on cancellation the Ministry refused to write off 49 organizations in connection with the improper accrual of depreciation, unreasonable use of obsolescence, lack of necessary documents on real estate and land plots of more than 30 units of objects of state property with an estimated value of 2.5 million rubles were aimed at the realization.

       Violation of the order of write-offs recorded in the institutions subordinated to the General Directorate of Veterinary Medicine at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan - write-off of property without the permission of the Ministry, the sale of decommissioned properties.
