Certification of cadastral engineers in 2015

In accordance with federal law only cadastral engineers who have passed qualification examination and received a qualification certificate of cadastral engineer may carry out work on land management. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan to receive an examination was established the Commission for certification of cadastral engineers, composed of employees of the Ministry.

       In 2015 there have been 11 qualification exams, which was attended by 172 people, but only 83 of them were awarded the title of "Cadastral Engineers" (another 13 certificates were issued in connection with a change in the personal data of applicants).

       During the period from 2010 to 2015 845 people received a certificate of cadastral engineer.

       In addition, in the reporting year held session of the commission for certification of cadastral engineers, which addressed the issue of revocation or cancellation of qualification certificates of cadastral engineers who have violated the requirements of the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 № 221-FZ "On State Real Estate Cadastre". At the meeting were invited cadastral engineers, who were given the opportunity to provide evidence of compliance with legal requirements or reasonable excuse its non-performance.

       Following the meeting, it was decided to cancel the 89 qualification certificates of cadastral engineers.
