Adoption of the boundaries of protected areas of gas distribution networks, and the imposition of restrictions on members of their land to ensure the safe operation of the gas pipeline on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan

In order to ensure in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan safe operation of gas distribution networks (gas pipelines), including the possibility of regular maintenance and preservation of integrity, in 2014, the Ministry is authorized to make decisions on the approval of the boundaries of protected zones of gas distribution networks (gas) and restrictions (encumbrances) on incoming in their land.

       During the year, the Ministry decided on the approval of the gas distribution networks of protected zones length of 3.2  thousand kilometers and imposing burdens on members of their land with a total area of ​​11.3 square kilometers in 11 municipal districts of the republic and the city of Kazan.

       Altogether during the laying of these powers to the Ministry the security zones of gas distribution network stretching over 20.7 thousand kilometers are approved and burdens imposed on them included in the land total area of 83 square kilometers in the territory of 32 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
