The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan renders assistance to subjects of business in registration of the land plots

      In 2015 on the projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan   are accepted 132 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the translation more than 520 land plots with a total area about 1000 hectares from category of lands of agricultural appointment in the category suitable for construction.

      More than 80% of the total land area, of which the category is changed, intended for oil extraction and production of common mineral resources on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      Changing the category of land is also carried out for the accommodation:

       objects of construction industry;

        road service facilities, energy facilities, and pipeline transport;

         the object of ritual activity.

         In 2016, the Ministry has continued to assist the entrepreneurs of the republic in the design of land, so as to change their category, in order to further construction.
