First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov made on the implementation about the program providing free land plots to large families

On March 3 a meeting of the Committee on ecology, nature, agricultural and food policy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Tahir Khadeev took place.

Also the meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatyana Larionova.

In the beginning there was heard the report of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov on the implementation of the provisions of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of free providing of land plots to citizens with three or more children.

He said that according to February data 39,150 families with many children Tatarstan live in Tatarstan, 34,148 of them are puted on record . 28 498 land plots passed cadastral registration and will be transferred to large families soon, 24 362 have already been granted to the ownership of large families. Sergey Demidov noted that the work for the provision of land plots in a number municipal districts has been suspended in connection with the search for additional land for large families. It remains that the question of financing is still difficult.

According to the First Deputy Minister of land and property, the implementation of the program has a number of problems, including failures of the providing lands because of their disagreement with the location and lack of infrastructure, as well as a lack of available lands.

Followed by questions from deputies, in particular, the Deputy Chairman of Committee on Social Policy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatiana Voropayeva wondered whether control over the implementation of the program of granting land plots to large families is carried out - namely, how the development of lands are progressing and are there any related problems.

During the meeting, members of the committee supported the draft of the Republic of Tatarstan law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On Subsoil "and" On Amending the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On protection of population and territories from emergency situations", which are aimed at bringing into compliance with the federal legislation and recommended for consideration at the next session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
