Deputy Minister Rustem Merzakreev participated in the seminar meeting of heads of rural settlements over the Kama river

Today in Chistopol with the participation of Deputy Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev passed zonal seminar-conference on topical issues of local government, aimed at the development and improvement of professional skill of heads of municipal formations of the republic.

 Seminar was held by the chairman of the Council of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan Minsagit Shakirov and deputy chief of department on work with territories of the Office of the President of the Republic Tatarstan Andrey Nefedov, representatives of ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan and the delegates of Chistopolsky, Alekseevsky, Aksubaevsky, Alkeevsky, Spassky, Novosheshminsky municipal districts took part in it.

Participants of the seminar was welcomed by the head of Chistopolsky Municipal District Dmitry Ivanov.

Innovations in the legislation in the sphere of regulation of the powers and responsibilities of local authorities, questions of public prosecutor's supervision of local authorities activities, increasing business activity of rural population, taking into account the state support measures, solid waste disposal and production of common minerals, fire safety were considered. Also, we were talking about anti-terrorist protection of settlements, implementation on the territory of municipalities in 2016 federal and national socio-economic programs, the implementation of measures to reduce tensions on the labor market.

In his speech, the Deputy Minister were discussed the most topical issues in the field of land and property at the municipal level. Much attention was paid to issues related to changes in land laws, revenue growth in the use of reserves in local budgets, as well as spatial planning, expansion of settlements, registration of ownerless property, waterworks and other issues.
