Amount of rent for the property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan.

Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 13.04.2016 № 218 approved the procedure for determining the amount of rent for the property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as established benefits of rent for the property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan.

Effect of approved Order does not apply to relations connected with renting of land, water bodies and other natural resources.

The size of the rent for the property provided for rent on the results of tenders (tenders, auctions), is determined in the process of their implementation.

The amount of rent payments for the property, granted without competitive biddings, as well as the initial size of rent amount, required for biddings is determined on the basis of an appraisal of market value of rent amount.

The rent amount does not include fees for public utilities costs, maintenance, protection of the transferred property and other expenses incurred in connection with the maintenance and operation of provided property as well as the cost of compulsory insurance of property, payment for use of the land.

If the property the transfer to public authorities, local governments, state and municipal institutions, public organizations, they provide benefits in the rent amount of 50% of the market value of the rent.
