Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan assists entrepreneurs in the Republic in land registration by changing the category of land

According to the drafts prepared by the Ministry in 2016 it is adopted 34 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of 75 agricultural land plots with total area of 370 hectares to the category suitable for further construction.
About 80% of the total amount of land, which category is changed, designed for oil and extraction of common minerals on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan
Changing the category of land is also carried out for the accommodation:
objects of construction industry;
logistics and storage facilities, including the Wholesale and Distribution Center "Agromir-Kazan";
road service facilities and power facilities.
