There was a seminar on legislation in the field of land and property relations

Yesterday in the conference hall "Lazurniy bereg" of the Hotel and entertainment complex "Riviera" was held a training seminar on the theme: "Features of current legislation in the field of land and property relations"

       Current practical issues in the field of land and property relations, the state registration of rights and cadastral registration were actively discussed at the seminar with the participation of lecturers:

Petrushkin Vitaly Anatolievich - chairman of the judicial structure of the Federal Arbitration Court of the Volga District, an assistant professor of environmental law, labor law and civil procedure law faculty of Kazan (Volga) Federal University, Doctor of Law;

Pechenkina Lydia Vladimirovna - the chief of department of legal support of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan;

Nigmatullina Elmira Faatovna - associate professor of environmental law, labor law and civil procedure law faculty of Kazan (Volga) Federal University, Member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Federal Arbitration Court of the Volga district, the judge of the Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       The seminar was attended by over 150 students - heads and experts of the Committees, Chambers and Offices of Land and Property of municipal ditricts of the Republic of Tatarstan, profile experts of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, a number of employees of state organizations, the representative of the Republic of Crimea. A wide range of issues of the current legislation in the field of land and property relations was discussed. Lecturers answered numerous questions from the audience.
